Lekhraj Bhatt refused the post of secretary of Oli group

Kathmandu. CPN-UML secretary Lekhraj Bhatt has said that he will not be a candidate for the post of secretary. Bhatt said that he was not aware of the name of the secretary candidate from the chairman KP Sharma Oli group. Under the ongoing 11th Congress of CPN-UML, Chairman Dabedar Oli finalized the names of office bearers. At the same time, Bhatt's name was included in the secretary.

But Bhatt has announced that he will not be a candidate for secretary. He is a leader of former Maoist background. The names of Vishnu Poudel, Ram Bahadur Thapa 'Badal', Guru Baral, Prithvisubba Gurung and Pradeep Gyawali have been finalized from the Oli group. Gyawali expressed his desire to be the general secretary. But in agreement, he was placed as the vice president. The name of Shankar Pokharel has been finalized as the general secretary. The names of Raghuveer Mahaseth, Vishnu Rimal and Bhanubhakta Dhakal have been finalized as Deputy General Secretary.
