Lekhjang Thapa's record victory of more than 50 thousand votes

Kathmandu. From Rupandehi Constituency No. 3, the candidate of Rashtriya Swatantra Party RSVP Dr. Lekhjung Thapa has been elected as a member of the House of Representatives. His nearest competitor Sushil Gurung of Nepali Congress got only 8,435 votes. The difference between Thapa and Gurung is 50 thousand 379. Similarly, CPN-UML candidate Vasudev Ghimire has received 8,275 votes, while Rashtriya Prajatantra Party (RDP) candidate Gaurav Bohra has received 7,789 votes.

In this area of Rupaandehi, Dr. Thapa of RSVP has set a new record by securing more than twice the total votes of the candidates of UML, Congress and RPP.
