Kathmandu. Durga Prasai, a medical practitioner who was arrested on Monday midnight, has been allowed to be detained for 4 days by the Kathmandu administration. The district administration office Kathmandu has allowed the police to detain Prasai for 4 days and investigate the crime against public peace.
Prasain was taken to the administration office through the office of the District Public Prosecutor on Tuesday to extend the deadline. At that time, Prasain said that he did not know in which case he was arrested. Prasai, who had declared a movement to restore the monarchy and Hindu nation, was arrested by the police on the charge of disturbing public peace by making inflammatory statements.
