Kalanga Hydro's IPO collects 2 billion rupees, how many applied?
Kathmandu. 2 billion 25 lakh 29 thousand rupees have been collected in the IPO of Kalanga Hydro Limited. According to CDS, 17 lakh 79 thousand 593 people have applied for 2 crore 25 thousand 290 shares till 5 pm today on 10th May. The company has issued an IPO to the general public. The company, which had previously issued an IPO to project-affected and foreign-employed Nepalis, has now issued it to the general public.
The company has received permission from the Nepal Securities Board to issue 35 percent of its issued capital of Rs. Out of which, 1.4 million shares have been distributed to the project affected and 350,000 shares have been distributed to Nepalis who are employed abroad.
