Kathmandu. The FPO of Vijay Laguvitta Financial Institution has been distributed today on 6th of January. The FPO of Vijay Laguvitta was distributed this morning at the office of securities sales manager NMB Capital. After the merger of Savik's new Sarathi Laguvitta Financial Institution and Vijay Laguvitta Financial Institution, the share ownership of the founder and general group of this microfinance was 74.39:25.61, which reached a paid-up capital of 74.5 million 40 thousand 359 rupees. Adjusting the same ratio, Lagufitta has issued additional public issue of 466 thousand 817 ordinary shares of 100 nominal rate.
According to the securities sales manager, a total of 219999026 applicants have demanded 2541000 shares. In which 25 million 580 shares requested from 21 lakh 96 thousand 34 applicants were approved while 40 thousand 420 shares requested from 2 thousand 992 applicants were cancelled.
This FPO has been allotted through round robin due to oversubscription. In which 46 thousand 681 lucky applicants got shares at the rate of 10 shares. Out of those lucky applicants, 7 people got 1 share each. In this way, 21 lakh 49 thousand 353 sadar applicants have been left empty handed.
