Kathmandu. Super Khudi Hydropower Limited is going to issue an IPO for the general public from Monday 5th February to Sunday 10th February. Earlier, it was said that the issue would be opened from February 4th, but the said date has been shifted one day later.  After the completion of the IPO allocation, which was previously issued for the project-affected local residents and Nepalis working abroad, the company is about to issue shares to the general public in the second phase. 

The company got permission to issue 31 million shares of ordinary shares worth 31 million rupees, which is equal to 20% of its issued capital of 1.55 billion rupees. Accordingly, in the first phase, 1.55 million shares have been distributed to the local residents of the affected areas and 155.000 shares have been distributed to Nepalis who are employed abroad. In addition, 77,500 shares have been allocated for the collective investment fund.
