IPO distribution of Ridge Energy completed, 1 lakh 18 thousand people got shares

Kathmandu. Ridge Line Energy Limited has completed the IPO process issued to the general public. Sales manager Prabhu Capital completed the allotment this morning. IPO of the company 118 thousand 26 people have acquired 11 lakh 80 thousand 260 shares at the rate of 10 shares. The company has already issued an IPO and distributed it to the project-affected locals and Nepalis who are employed abroad.

The Nepal Securities Board had given permission for the IPO issue to the company on November 22. This company has completed the construction of Super Chepe Khola hydroelectric project with a capacity of 9.050 MW in Gorkha and Lamjung and has been producing it commercially since January 2080.

The company has also invested in the 11 MW Dudhpokhri Chepe hydropower project. Sopan Multiple has invested 1 million shares in the company, while Muktinath Capital has invested 2 million shares.
