Kathmandu. Police Inspector Wangel Lama has been declared the best policeman of the month. Lama, working in the Intelligence Branch of District Police Complex Kathmandu, was declared the best policeman of Kathmandu. Ramesh Thapa, SSP of the complex, presented a certificate of appreciation to Lama.
