Impact of western low pressure line: Chance of rain in different parts of the country

Kathmandu. At present, the western low pressure trough in the upper atmosphere of the country has partial influence of local and easterly winds. According to the Water and Weather Forecast Division, it is generally cloudy in Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Himalayan and hilly parts of Sudurpaschim Province. There is a partial change in Madhes province, while the weather is mainly clear in the Terai region of Far West province. Some places of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki regions are receiving light to moderate rain.
It is said that it will be generally cloudy in the hilly parts of the country including Koshi Province today afternoon and partly cloudy in the rest of the hilly areas and Terai region of Madhes, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces. The weather will be mainly clear in the rest of the Terai region.
