Kathmandu. According to the Weather Forecasting Division, the weather will be partly to mostly cloudy today due to the partial effect of monsoon winds and western winds and the low pressure line of monsoon is located south of Sardar.
In the afternoon, there is a possibility of moderate rain with thunder in many places of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki regions. In addition, moderate rain may occur at some places in Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces as well as few places in Terai. There is a possibility of heavy rain especially at one or two places in the Himalayan and hilly areas of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces.
