Kathmandu. Acting Chairman of Nepali Congress Purna Bahadur Khadka has said that his party will participate in the elections if the government creates a proper environment. At the tribute meeting held today in Surkhet on the 13th death anniversary of the former party president Gobind Bahadur Malla, he said that the party is ready to go to the elections if all the conditions for the elections are created. Kawa Speaker Khadka said that till now the government has not done any reliable work to conduct elections.
