If the government creates a proper environment, we will participate in the elections: Kawa Speaker Khadka
Kathmandu. Acting Chairman of Nepali Congress Purna Bahadur Khadka has said that his party will participate in the elections if the government creates a proper environment. In the tribute meeting held today in Surkhet on the 13th death anniversary of the former party president Govinda Bahadur Malla, he said that the party is ready to go to the election if all the conditions are created for the election. Kawa Chairman Khadka said that till now the government has not done any reliable work to hold elections.
If the government is to hold elections, he suggested that the security should be guaranteed to the voters by taking the parties participating in the elections into confidence, emphasizing that the weapons looted by infiltrating the demonstrations carried out by 'Jenji' should be returned, and the morale of the police and security agencies should be increased.
