Kathmandu. The Water and Weather Forecasting Division has said that there is currently a partial effect of western wind in Nepal. Province, Lumbini Province, Karnali Province and Sudurpaschim Province including the hilly areas of Bagmati Province, the weather is mostly clear in the remaining areas. Similarly, today the weather will remain mostly clear in hilly areas of Koshi Province, Bagmati Province and Gandaki Province.
