How was the weather across the country on Tuesday?

Kathmandu. At present, there is influence of western low pressure system and local air in Nepal. At present, it is generally cloudy in the hilly and Himalayan regions of the country including Gandaki, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces and partly cloudy in the rest of the country.

Light to moderate rain and snow with thunder and lightning are occurring in many places of Gandaki province, some places in the hilly areas of Bagmati province and few places in the rest of the Himalayan and hilly areas. Today afternoon, it will be cloudy in the Himalayan and hilly areas of the country and partly cloudy in the rest of the country. In a few places of the hilly and Himalayan areas of the country and one (two) places in the Terai area of Koshi province with thunder and lightning. There is a chance of moderate rain and snow.

Tonight, it will be mostly cloudy in the hilly areas of Bagmati and Koshi region including Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim regions, the rest of the hilly and Terai regions will be partly cloudy.
