Kathmandu. Home Minister Omprakash Aryal has informed that voting security has been fully ensured for the House of Representatives elections to be held on Thursday. In an interaction with media persons held at the Ministry of Home Affairs regarding peace and security and preparations for the upcoming elections, he expressed his belief that the elections this time will be stronger, cleaner and fearless than the previous ones.
Home Minister Aryal said, all the security mechanisms have been deployed up to the polling station. All preparations are in place for easy control if necessary. He clarified that if there is any illegal activity during the election, legal action will be taken and the culprits will be brought to court.
He informed that there is a plan to mobilize Nepal Police, Armed Police Force and Nepali Army if necessary as part of the security arrangement.
