Heavy rain forecast in Tibet's Jirong, call for caution

The Kathmandu. China's National Meteorological Center said more rain is expected in the coming days, especially at night, in Kerung Gyirong county in China's southwest Xizang autonomous region of Tibet. According to the weather forecast, there will be light to moderate rain in Kerung from Sunday to Monday, while moderate to heavy rain is expected on Tuesday night.

The rain forecast comes at a time when rescue and relief operations have been intensified following the incursion into Kerung Naka on the China-Nepal border on August 26.
