Hark Sampang stepping down as mayor for the February 21 election

Kathmandu. Harak Sampang, the mayor of Dharan sub-metropolitan city, has taken a leave from the leadership of Dharan and is going to contest the House of Representatives elections on February 21. According to Samir Tamang, a close ally of Mayor Sampang and a central member of the Labor Culture Party, he will fight 100 percent and is already preparing.

Sampang, the mayor of Dharan from Sunsari (1), has started preparations to register his candidacy for the House of Representatives elections to be held on February 21. Sampang, who became the mayor of Dharan sub-metropolis as an independent candidate in the 2079 local elections, has already registered with the Labor Culture Party Election Commission under his own leadership. According to his colleague Samir Tamang, Sampang is ready to leave the post of mayor for the House of Representatives elections on February 21 and plans to resign before the nomination registration. Culture Party is preparing to field candidates from all constituencies across the country.
