Gussy effect in Terai, light rain and snow likely in higher hilly areas

Kathmandu. Due to the partial influence of western winds in the whole country, it will be cloudy and foggy in most places of the Terai area, while in some provinces there will be a partial change, according to the Water and Weather Forecasting Division. Now most of the places in Terai are covered with hussu. According to the department, there has been a partial change in Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces, while it is estimated that there will be partial changes in Karnali, Sudurpaschim and the rest of the high hilly and Himalayan regions including Lumbini province.

Similarly, the division has predicted that there is a possibility of light rain or snowfall in one or two places in the high hills and Himalayan parts of Koshi, Gandaki, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces.

Tonight, there will be thunderstorms in some places of Terai region. It is expected to be partly cloudy in the highlands and Himalayan regions including Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces, while the weather is expected to remain mainly clear in the rest of the regions. In addition, there may be light rain or snowfall in one or two places in Koshi, Gandaki, Karnali and the high hilly and Himalayan regions of Sudurpaschim Province.
