Kathmandu. Nepal Communist Party General Secretary Rishi Kattel has been arrested. Kattel was arrested from Kirtipur by the team of Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office on the charge of activities to disrupt the election.

According to the Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office, 4 members of the party have been arrested so far.
