Gas import from India increased, sales will be normal within the week
Kathmandu. The sales and distribution of LP gas for cooking, which has been seen in various parts of the country including Kathmandu Valley, has gradually started to ease. Nepal Oil Corporation has stated that the shortage of gas is decreasing due to the continuous increase in the volume of imports from India and the tightening of the distribution process compared to the previous year.
Vinitamani Upadhyay, director of LP gas department of the corporation, informed that after the sale of 14.2 kg of gas, there were some problems in the early days, but now it is decreasing.
