The driver of the vehicle is 25-year-old Adil Hamid of Kathmandu Metropolitan City-31. According to the police, 21-year-old Ami Amid, 73-year-old Chandman Yonjan of Rautahat Gujra Municipality-2, and about 32-year-old Chinese citizen Siong Changge 9Hshyalan Rijbalnathb0 were also riding in the same vehicle with him.

The police have brought them to District Police Office Sindhuli via Area Police Office Kapilakot for further investigation.
