Kathmandu. The government has formed a team to negotiate with Dr. Nicholas Bhusal. On Thursday, the government formed a negotiation committee under the coordination of Ajaybhadra Khanal, Chief Advisor to the Prime Minister, to hold talks with Dr. Bhusal, who has been fasting for 11 days, demanding five points, including that action be taken against the perpetrators of the Gen (G) incident that took place on August 23 and 24, the constitution should be amended, the National Assembly and provincial structures should be abolished, and the election system of the direct executive prime minister should be implemented.
The members of the negotiation committee are Govinda Narayan Timilsina, Public Relations Adviser to the Prime Minister, Dr. Bhishma Kumar Bhusal, Joint Secretary of the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, and Ishwar Raj Paudel, Chief District Officer of the District Administration Office, Kathmandu. Dr. Bhusal, who was on hunger strike in Maitighar Mandla, was admitted to Veer Hospital for treatment on Wednesday due to health problems. On Wednesday, Home Minister Omprakash Aryal reached Veer Hospital and inquired about the health condition of Dr. Bhusal.
