Formation of study committee for re-operation of Biratnagar jute mill, report within one month
Kathmandu. The government has constituted a task force to study for re-operation of Biratnagar Jut Mill. It has been decided to form a working group with experts to study the existing economic, technical and legal conditions of the industry and recommend suitable options for re-operation.
Birendra Kumar Yadav, Secretary of the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers informed the decision to form a working group for the purpose of deciding the necessary strategy for re-operation of the mill after reviewing the current situation of Biratnagar jute mill, the previous decisions and the study reports prepared by various bodies.
