For passengers who have secured visas, the US entry point can be added, they can also go through Canada
Kathmandu. The US Department of State has added a total of nine immigration points to enter and exit the US for citizens of various countries, including Nepal, who obtain B1-B2 visas by paying the specified bond. Two of them are in Canada.
The Visa Bond Pilot Project, which started in August last year with Malawi and Zambia on the list, had six countries by December. At that time, three immigration points were designated for them to enter the US. This month, the US Department of State added 32 different countries to the list, seven in the first phase and 25 in the second phase, bringing the number of countries to 38 for applicants to obtain a visit visa for tourist and business purposes.
