Kathmandu. The organization department of the party has issued five-point instructions to select representatives for the upcoming 11th National Congress of CPN-UML. Kashinath Adhikari, member of the party standing committee and head of the organization department, said that the final voter list of the respective constituencies must be published before entering the election process for representative selection. For this, instructions have been given to make the latest circular of the Central Committee a basis.

In some districts, the registration fee for the representative's candidacy has been reported to be too high, so the department has intervened in it. It has also been instructed not to charge a maximum of Rs 1,000 as a candidate fee.
