Kathmandu. The organization department of the party has issued five-point instructions to select representatives for the upcoming 11th National Congress of CPN-UML. Kashinath Adhikari, member of the party standing committee and head of the organization department, said that the final voter list of the respective constituencies must be published before entering the election process for representative selection. For this, instructions have been given to make the latest circular of the Central Committee a basis.
