Five Point Guidelines for Electing UML Convention Delegates
Kathmandu. The organization department of the party has issued five-point instructions to select representatives for the upcoming 11th National Congress of CPN-UML. Kashinath Adhikari, member of the party standing committee and head of the organization department, said that the final voter list of the respective constituencies must be published before entering the election process for representative selection.
