Farewell to outgoing Chief Secretary Aryal, welcome to newly appointed Karki
Kathmandu. Farewell to Chief Secretary Sumanraj Aryal, who is about to retire, and welcome to newly appointed Chief Secretary Govinda Bahadur Karki.
In a program held at the office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers, the outgoing Chief Secretary Aryal, mentioning that he is going to retire after a long civil service, expressed his satisfaction at having the opportunity to contribute to the service of the state and the people.
He said that it was a challenge to hold the responsibility of the Chief Secretary in the sensitive situation after the Gen Z movement, but he was able to fulfill the responsibility effectively due to the support of the political leadership, Prime Minister's advisor, constitutional bodies, civil servants, security agencies and various public institutions.
