Expansion of night bus service in Kathmandu Valley, now 30 buses on 6 routes

Kathmandu. Access to public transport has been expanded in Kathmandu Valley at night. The night bus service, which is being operated under the leadership of Kathmandu Metropolitan City in collaboration with Common Transport, has now been extended to 6 major routes in the valley.

Nine local levels of the valley, including Kathmandu and Lalitpur Metropolitan Corporation, have joined the common program with the aim of making the night traffic orderly, safe and reliable. On the occasion of the Constitution Day, the expanded service has come into operation with the agreement reached between the local level chiefs and the common transport.
