Everest Color will issue IPO from May 16

Kathmandu. Everest Color Limited is going to issue ordinary share IPO for the Nepalese who are employed abroad in the first phase from this 16th of Baisakh. The company has received permission from the Nepal Securities Board to issue 16.33 percent of its issued capital of Rs.
79 lakh shares equal to 79 lakh rupees, which will be 10 percent of the total shares that have been allowed to be issued, are going to be issued for Nepalese citizens who are working abroad after obtaining labor approval from the relevant agencies of the Nepal government. When applying for it, a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 7,000 shares can be requested. The application should be submitted within the banking hours of May 22. Muktinath Capital Limited will be the manager of the securities issue and sale of the company.
