Kathmandu. The Election Commission has set the election campaign time for the House of Representatives election from February 4th to 18th. According to the Acting Chief Election Commissioner of the Commission, Ram Prasad Bhandari, the political parties and candidates have been requested to conduct campaigning by following the code of conduct within the specified period.
In a press conference held at the commission on Tuesday, Bhandari cleared the confusion that campaigning cannot be done after filing the nomination papers and clarified that after receiving the election symbols, they can meet the voters and get their opinions through the door-to-door program.
