Kathmandu. At present, the influence of Monsoon air is present across the country. According to the Department of Hydrometeorology, Weather Forecasting Division, the Monsoon low pressure line is currently located in the vicinity of Sardar place.

Today, it is generally cloudy in the Himalayan and hilly regions of the country, and partly to mostly cloudy in the Terai region. Light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning is occurring in some places of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces, the division said.

In the afternoon, there is a chance of moderate rain and snowfall with thunder and lightning in some places of the mountainous areas and many places of the hilly areas.
