1. A country of youth, but a directionless state
According to Bhat, the youth population in Nepal is more than 40 percent, but policies and systems are still not able to bring the youth into leadership.
"Nepal is a country of youth, but the youth are feeling directionless," he said.

Bhat emphasized that if we teach skills through education, discipline through sports and self-reliance through entrepreneurship, Nepal can be taken on the path of sustainable development.

2. Education: The pursuit of practical skills, not certificates
According to Bhat, current education only conveys the message of “read” and does not inspire “make”.
Thousands of students graduate from university in Nepal, but there is a lack of marketable skills.
"Education should be seen not only in terms of employment, but in terms of creation," he said, "Education should change thinking and create opportunities."

Bhat suggested making entrepreneurship, leadership and financial management subjects mandatory at school and university level.
"You should think about 'how to create your own jobs' right from school," he says, "only then will the country get skilled youth."

3. Sports: the basic school of nation building

According to Bhat, who has a long experience as a national player, sports is not just a competition — it is a school of life.
"Sports teach people discipline, time management and courage not to lose," he said, "this quality should be in every youth."
He mentioned that the sports sector is weak due to lack of investment in sports and political interference.
"National players are forced to fight for survival, not respect," Bhat said, adding, "The state should take sports as a tool for nation building."

Bhat suggests that Kuychatak Avchashyam should be made compulsory in every school, and local governments should increase investment in Community Sports Infrastructure. "Investment in sports is an investment in preparing a healthy, leadership and self-reliant youth generation," he says.

4. Entrepreneurship: Opportunities are hidden in Nepal
According to Bhat, Nepal has a lot of business opportunities — just a change of mindset. "Instead of sweating and sending money abroad, we should adopt the idea of ​​creating jobs in the country," he says.

According to Bhat, youth can start ventures in agriculture, tourism, information technology, real estate and renewable energy sectors.
But he says, "Youth are afraid — of failure, lack of capital and social criticism. But failure is the teacher of success."

Bhat's message is clear —
"He who initiates is a possibility."
He urges the state to clarify the savings-cow policy, give tax breaks, skill training and investment access to the youth.
If the private sector and the government work together to expand the entrepreneurship of the youth, the country's economy can become independent.

Responsible youth and society building
According to Bhat, everything about change is ultimately rooted in the thinking of the youth.
"It's easy to protest online, it's hard to take responsibility in practice," he says.
"Instead of criticizing the country, every youth should take small but responsible steps in their field."
He considered the youth to be the backbone of the nation who have a balance in sports, education and business.
"Responsible youth means self-reliant, disciplined and creative youth," Bhat emphasized.

According to Bhat, the future of the country is not only in political declarations but in the thinking of the youth.
"The way to make Nepal prosperous is the triangle of education, sports and entrepreneurship," he says.

Nepal is a country of youth power. Although a large part of the population is occupied by the youth, the development speed of the country has not yet reached the expected level.
