Kathmandu. Education, Science and Technology Minister Mahaveer Pun has said that misgovernance and corruption have reached an extreme point due to the appointment of unqualified people to high positions for personal and party interests. On Sunday, through social media, he asked anyone not to request him for a job or vacancy and said that such requests are the main reason for misgovernance and corruption to take root in Nepal.

He has written, "It is a hearty request that no one should request that 'such a job or position is vacant in such and such a place, do not tell the minister.'
