Durga Prasai's claim __ There will be no election on February 21
Kathmandu. Controversial businessman Durga Prasain claimed that the House of Representatives elections scheduled for February 21 will not take place. Speaking at a program on Saturday, he commented that even those in the current government have the same corrupt caste. He insisted that the current government is no different from the past in terms of corruption. Susheela Karki, the prime minister of the interim government, accused her of stealing government land and claimed that she has not committed any corruption or irregularity so far.
Prasain said, "There will be no election. It is clear that there will be no election. Even those who are in the leadership of the current government are of the same caste. It is no different from the previous government. The Prime Minister of the interim government, Sushila Karki, has destroyed the government land herself. I have not done anything wrong with the anti-corruption."
He said that he will meet Prime Minister Sushila Karki with his demands on November 22. After the talks with the Prime Minister on the 22nd, he said that he was only half confident that the government would address his demands and warned that if the demands were not met, there would be a protest.
