Dharna at the funeral homes of the wounded and youths of the Zen movement
Kathmandu. The wounded and young people of the Genji movement staged a sit-in at Maitighar in Kathmandu. They staged a dharna at Maitighar on Friday saying that they should fulfill the legitimate demands of the injured people of Genji movement and unite all Genjis. The participants in the sit-in displayed placards that read, punish the corrupt, give justice to Mother Nepal, fulfill Genji's mandate.
At the time of the CPN-UML demonstration, a large number of security personnel were deployed after the injured and youths of the Genji movement sat on dharna. The young people participating in the sit-in said that they should unite and move forward. They said that they will remain on the streets until the demands made by Genji are met.
