Declaration of Nemkipa to make education-health completely free
Bhaktapur. Nepal Labor Farmers Party Nemkipa has announced that education and health will be completely free. This was mentioned while releasing the manifesto of the party for the upcoming House of Representatives Election-2082. Today, party president Narayanman Bijukchen 'Rohit' announced the party's manifesto in a program organized by the Central Election Mobilization Committee of Nemkipa.
He said that the main 'agenda' in the manifesto of the party is the establishment of a socialist system, strict citizenship policy, strict laws against corruption and making education and health completely free. Explaining the election as a 'means of theoretical, class and political struggle', he said that through the manifesto, the commitment was made through the manifesto that socialism will not come only through elections, that the parliament should not be a prime minister-centered institution but understand the pain of the people, protect the country and create the necessary policies and laws.
