Death of Mohammad Aftab Alam

Kathmandu. Former Nepali Congress MP Mohammad Aftab Alam has passed away. He was in Kathmandu Medical College KMC for treatment since the second week of October and passed away last night.

Alam was admitted to the hospital due to heart problems. He had a brain stroke even after he was released from Nakkhu Jail last May. While preparations were being made for the 2064 elections, Alam was accused of burning the injured in the blast alive in a brick kiln.
