Court order to give land to Muktakamaiya
Kathmandu. The Tulsipur High Court has issued an order regarding the share transfer, naming, registration and residence management of land acquired by freedmen and landless Sukum residents. A joint bench of Justices Madan Pokharel and Shakuntala Ghimire issued a directive in the name of Land Administration Office Banke, Kohalpur and directives in the name of related government agencies on Thursday.
The court gave the order in a public interest writ petition filed on 28th Baisakh 2082 by High Court Information Officer Bal Bahadur Bista along with Agniya Tharu as an opponent to the Land Reforms and Land Port Office.
