Kathmandu. Preparations have been stopped by the outgoing members of the Nepali Congress who met Chief Justice Prakashman Singh Raut and asked him to file a writ petition for the re-establishment of Parliament. They were planning to go to the Supreme Court at 10 am today and demand payment.

Congress Chief Whip Shyam Ghimire of the Dissolved House of Representatives said that the plan to go to the Supreme Court and demand payment was stopped as it seemed that the atmosphere of the party would deteriorate when attention was drawn to the restoration during the elections.
