Congress in the land of controversy, Central Committee meeting today

Kathmandu. Central Committee meeting of Nepali Congress is going to be held today. The meeting is going to be held at the party office Sanepa at 2 pm on Thursday. The central working committee meeting which started on October 28th has not been able to reach a conclusion as it is focused on the convention. Because of this, the meeting has been repeatedly postponed. The meeting was called again today to discuss the date of the convention and reach further conclusions.

Earlier, in the meeting held on November 19th, General Minister Gagan Thapa submitted the agenda for the party's 15th convention to be held from December 16 to 19, while Joint General Minister Mahendra Yadav presented the agenda for the convention to be held from 27 to 30 Baisakh 2083. The process of making suggestions for and against these two proposals continues in the meeting.
