Completed 1 day training of National Life Insurance

Kathmandu. National Life Insurance Company has provided 1-day training to agents working in different branch offices of Bagmati and Madhesh provinces who have been selected based on the monthly plan brainstorming 2082 issued by the National Life Insurance Company.

 Under the chairmanship of Smriti Raj Kadeljee, the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company, 280 actors selected under the program were trained by famous trainer Kazim Raza at Hotel Sarathi in Dhulikhel. He gave training on ways to achieve the goals of MDRT by presenting various examples.

Smriti Raj Kadeljee, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company, said that with the aim of professionalizing the agents associated with the company, the company has been releasing various agent-friendly monthly and annual plans and in this context, the monthly plan churning has been issued with the slogan of inspiration, progress and professional excellence.

 He said that this scheme was very successful as more than 700 agents from all over the country were selected in this scheme and he also awarded the token of love to the agents who were successful in the first, second and third at the branch level. Sushil Pratap Rana, Head of Agency Department in the program said that through Yash type training, the agents can achieve excellence in their profession and prove themselves in the competitive market.

The agents who participated in the program said that such excellent training inspired them to make further progress in the insurance business in the future, while the agents who received the honor said that they have achieved the fruit of their hard work and will continue to advance their profession with more effort in the future.
