Commission's request for application for shipment of material

Kathmandu. It has requested the related parties to transport essential materials for the election of the members of the House of Representatives scheduled for February 21. Helicopters, trucks and containers will be used to transport election materials used in elections. The commission has asked the firms or companies that operate courier services for shipping to come and be listed.

The commission has asked the firms or companies willing to be listed to apply by fulfilling the necessary conditions. The commission has requested to submit a copy of the license obtained from the relevant agency to operate the service, the value added registration certificate and the tax payment certificate up to the financial year 2081 and 2082 and the certificate of opening the business statement of the last three years.

In order to rent a helicopter, the minimum average annual turnover for the last three years should be Rs. Those who rent trucks and containers will have to submit details of transactions worth Rs 1 crore and courier services worth Rs 30 lakh. Companies wishing to provide courier services must submit details of their courier offices and representatives in all 77 districts along with their telephone and mobile numbers along with the application.
