Kathmandu. At present, there is influence of western low pressure system and local air in Nepal. At present, most of the hilly and mountainous areas including Madhesh, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces are mostly cloudy. According to the Meteorological Division, there is moderate rain and snow with thunder and lightning in some places of Bagmati and Gandaki provinces and in few places of the rest of the province.
