'Clean sweep' sign of RASWPA in all 10 areas of Kathmandu
Kathmandu. As the counting of votes continues under the House of Representatives Election 2082, the candidates of the National Independent Party RSVP have taken the lead in all 10 constituencies of Kathmandu. According to the preliminary results, there is a significant wave in favor of the RSVP in Kathmandu.
Ranju Darshana of RSVP is leading in Kathmandu-1. While he got 10,581 votes, Prabal Thapa Chhetri of Nepali Congress got 4,733 votes. Rabindra Mishra of RPP is in third place with 2,744 votes.
In Kathmandu-2, Sunil KC of RSVP is leading with 424 votes while Maniram Phuyal of CPN-UML is trailing with 236 votes. Kabir Sharma of Nepali Congress got 189 votes and Kuntidevi Pokharel of RPP got 57 votes.
In Kathmandu-3, Rajunath Pandey of RSVP is leading with 4,649 votes. He is followed by Kulman Ghisingh of the Bright Nepal Party with 3,341 votes. Nepali Congress's Ramesh Aryal got 1,481 votes and UML's Rameshwar Phuyal got 949 votes.
