Chitwan's SP Puri and DSP Khanal are transferred together!
Mediabaaji.com Kathmandu May 16, Superintendent of Police (SP) Govinda Puri and Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Rabindra Khanal of District Police Office Chitwan have been transferred simultaneously. Puri and Khanal were included in the list when the Police Headquarters transferred 46 SPs and 149 DSPs across the country yesterday (Friday). They have been transferred to Nepal Police Head Office Crime Investigation Department Naxal, Kathmandu and Khanal to Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office, Ramshapath Kathmandu respectively.
Superintendent of Police Rameshwar Paudel will now come to lead the police in Chitwan. Poudel was currently at the training branch of the National Police Training Institute in Maharajganj, Kathmandu. Chandra Bhusan Yadav will be appointed to the vacant post of DSP, it is mentioned in the notification of the police head office. Yadav is currently working in Narcotics Control Bureau Human Resource Management Branch, Koteshwar, Kathmandu branch.
