Kathmandu. According to the Department of Water and Meteorology, Weather Forecasting Division, there is a possibility of moderate to moderate rain and snowfall with thunder and lightning, windstorm, hailstorm at few places in Madhes Province including Lumbini and Terai areas of Sudurpaschim Province.
According to the division, it will be generally cloudy in the hilly and Himalayan areas of Koshi, Madhes, Bagmati, Gandaki and Lumbini provinces, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces and partly cloudy in the terai areas of Sudurpaschim province.
Tonight, it will be generally cloudy in the Himalayan and hilly areas of the country including Koshi, Madhes, Bagmati and Gandaki Provinces and partly cloudy in the Terai region. In some places of Koshi, Madhes, Bagmati and Gandaki Provinces and in a few places in the hilly and Himalayan areas of Lumbini and Karnali Provinces and in a few places in the rest of the country, there is a chance of thunder and lightning, windstorm, hail to moderate rain and snow.
