Kathmandu. At present, there is an influence of western low pressure system and local air in Nepal, according to the Weather Forecasting Division. As a result of which, the Himalayan areas of Bagmati and Koshi provinces including Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces are generally cloudy. The weather is mainly clear in the rest of the territory.
It will be completely cloudy in Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces today afternoon and it will be cloudy in the rest of the region. There is a possibility of moderate rain and snowfall along with lightning, gale and hailstorm at many places in Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces and some places in hilly and Himalayan areas of Koshi and Bagmati provinces, in few places in terai areas of Koshi and Bagmati provinces including Madhes province.
