Chance of rain in most parts of the country today, heavy rain in some places

Kathmandu. At present, the influence of Monsoon air continues across the country. According to the weather forecast division, the low pressure line of monsoon has moved slightly south of Sardar place. At this time, there has been a change in most parts of the country. Some places of Koshi and Bagmati regions are receiving moderate rain. Light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning has been recorded at few places in Gandaki, Lumbini and Karnali regions.
The weather will be mostly cloudy throughout the country on Monday. There is a possibility of rain and snowfall at some places in the Himalayas of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki regions. Lumbini, Karnali and few places in Himalayan areas of Sudurpaschim region may experience moderate rain and snowfall with thunder and lightning.
