Kathmandu. At present, there is a partial effect of western winds and local winds in the country. Due to its effect, most of the hilly areas of the country including Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki regions are generally cloudy, while the rest of the hilly areas are partly cloudy and the plains are mostly clear.
According to the Water and Weather Forecast Division, it will be generally cloudy in the hilly areas of the country including the hilly and Himalayan parts of Koshi Province, while it will be partly cloudy in the mountainous areas as well as in the Terai region of Koshi Province.
